Jupyter — Crypto Growers AMA Recap
On April 30th, 2022, our Lead Developer Olio joined in an AMA on the Crypto Growers Telegram channel to give fruitful information about the key features and roadmap of Jupyter.
Intro: Hello Crypto Growers. Hope all of you are doing well
We are going to start our AMA now
So please welcome our guest Olio.
Hello Olio. How are you doing
Olio: Hi all thank you for the invitation, I’m doing fine I hope you all too
Intro: Yup. We are doing pretty good
Glad to have you here today for AMA with our community
So are you ready for the AMA
Olio: Yes let’s go 👍
Q1:First of all. Please introduce yourself and your project to our community.
Olio: Hello Crypto growers, I’m Livio I am a developer on the Jupyter Project, I have about 9 years of experience in web development and have been working as a data analyst since 2019.
I want to introduce you all to the Jupyter Network
At the core of the Jupyter Network, there will be a DEX with AMM pools, which we then plan to extend with different applications like P2P Loans,P2P Trades,in the long run, we try to be a crypto based competition to traditional payment providers, with embeddable web plugins, etc.
Q2: Tell us more about Jupyter’s Token, its supply and marketing details, and prices
Olio: TotalSupply of the $IOM Token is 1'000'000'000 ( a billion ) tokens,
500'000'000 ( 500 Millions ) tokens 50% are currently in circulation.
We plan to give 300'000'000 ( 300 Million) to a second exchange.
and 200'000'000 ( 200 Million) will be used for the initial development and marketing costs.
Jupyter Token $IOM was listed on PancakeSwap at 04.23.2022, in a fair launch, we then went ahead and as a measure of trust we burned our initial liquidity tokens by sending them to the zero address,
so we won’t ever have the opportunity to pull the rug on you 😊
Q3: Briefly can you tell us about what comes to your mind while creating Jupyter? Tell us the concept behind it
Olio: Advancing the bigger mission of getting people away from the Fiat currency system, to a decentralized system, where the price of cryptocurrencies is not measured in dollars, instead, dollars will be measured in cryptocurrencies.
Q4: How’s the BNB chain more Beneficial to your project Jupyter?
Olio: Whoever made a transaction on Ethereum Mainnet lately knows about the horrendous transaction cost 🤑
Smart Chain can solve this, and the environmental impact of Smart Chain is much smaller, Smart Chain is one of the fastest blockchains
But we’re not fixated that much on Smart Chain, in the future there will be without a doubt faster and better blockchains,
and we will look into them too.
Q5:Tell us more about the Liquidity and the Yield Farming Pools. What kinds of benefits will you provide to the holders of the coins?
Olio: First, when we’re building the DEX there will be simple Liquidity pools on which you have to deposit 2 tokens,
but we’re planning to build a layer on top on which you can deposit only a single token and it will be invested in the pool with the highest APY.
The Jupyter Swap liquidity pools will have a 0.3% percent trading fee 0.27% will go to the pool ( liquidity provider )
and 0.03% percent will be sent to a vault, we will use this 0.03% for advancing the project, and building new exciting stuff.
Q6:So this is still under consideration?
Olio: We will build it but it is a little away because we first have to offer some different products, from which it can choose the highest APY so that the algorithm can choose between investing in liquidity pools or rather loan pools etc.
Info: So we will now move toward the Second Segment.
Twitter Questions 😃
Q7: Give us some insights on the Jupyter Lab and its development
Olio: At the Moment the Jupyter Lab web page is still empty, but it won’t be for long, it is the place where we will show news and products, that are still in the development alpha or beta phase
Q8: How is your project going to hold itself in the current market situation?
Olio: As of recent world events we have noticed that more and more innocent people, wake up to a reality where bank accounts are blocked, transfers freezed, and so on.
We see this as a huge opportunity for the crypto space, why trust a bank when you can read the smart contracts, that will follow an immutable protocol
Q9:Is your token Sustainable? How’s investing in your token more better than the coins already available in the market?
Olio: There won’t ever be more than 1'000'000'000 $IOM, we don’t have the ability to make more.
The initial Liquidity in the pool is locked and burned🔥 forever.
Also in the Future as an $IOM holder, you will get voting rights on strategic decisions of the Jupyter Project
Q10: Looking at the roadmap what are the upcoming events that your project will launch in the future?
Olio: Next on the Roadmap is deploying the 30%(300 Million) of the Total supply on another DEX. We have already found a DEX and this will probably be done by the end of May.
After that, we will release a Beta version of our DEX followed by an Audit because we value the security of our community
The official launch of the Jupyterswap platform is in Q1 2023🍾, but until then we will update our Roadmap with new features
Info: Waiting for the Beta Version
That concludes the 2nd Segment
Now we will move toward the last Telegram Live Segment
I will unmute the group for a while. Members can post the questions
Q11:Security is so important with every project and platform. How does Jupyter keep users’ assets and personal data safe from hackers? How do you manage if there is an attack to your platform?
Olio: We don’t store any personal data, all the financial data will be on the blockchain
Q12:Trust is very important for any business, what makes investors, customers & users feel safe when working with your project?
Olio: One measure of trust was that we burned our initial liquidity, and also all our code is open source and you can watch it on Github.
Info: Please share all the links of your community
Info: Glad to have you here today. Good Luck to your Project and team for the future developments
Olio: Thanks, it was a pleasure 👍 If anyone has more questions about jupyter come to our Telegram channel 😃
